This software was custom made for my former university (TU-Ilmenau). It enables students to subscribe to their individual events online.

It was development for over a period of two years and went through four complete rewrites (the first rewrite was to port the software from Perl to PHP). It is written in PHP4 and partially object orientated. MySQL is used for all database and most configuration operations. The system can be configured via the build-in administration functions and user security is handled via a custom made session management system. User and log messages are transfered via an email system.

I have not been involved in this system for several years now but it is still being used up to now.
