AnimA is a show about visual effects in tv, movies and games and was created by Axel Gärtner.

Early versions of the AnimA site only contained little information and photos from our AnimA party.

After a long hiatus the show is now resurrected with a new website and a new transport medium as podcast. The website contains additional reports and know-how about visual effects and anything related.

The site is currently running with Joomla, after having started out as static HTML, but the increasing amount of content and different editors required us to use a CMS. I chose Joomla because of it's popularity and because I wanted to try out something new, instead of using the CMS that I had developed for Capture-MM.
